Marissa Cuffe

PERSONAL INJURY ATTORNEY

Originally from Tallahassee, Florida, Attorney Cuffe attended the University of Florida, where she graduated in December 2013, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and a Minor in Business Administration.

Ms. Cuffe then returned to Tallahassee to attend Florida State University College of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude with her Juris Doctor in 2017. During law school, Ms. Cuffe completed several externships, including clerking at the State Attorney’s Office, 2nd Judicial Circuit, and with Florida’s 1st District Court of Appeal for the Honorable T. Kent Wetherell, as well as Florida’s Innocence Project.

Following law school, Ms. Cuffe moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she practiced personal injury and workers’ compensation law before moving to Tampa in 2020. Prior to joining McIntyre Thanasides, Ms. Cuffe practiced litigation defense, primarily representing condominium, homeowners’, and community associations in civil and administrative claims, including housing discrimination and breach of contract claims, as well as personal injury and other common law claims.

Ms. Cuffe is an active member in good standing with the State Bar of Florida, as well as the State Bar of Georgia.
