Nick Costantino was born and raised in Gainesville, Florida. A proud Gator, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida before moving to Gulfport to attend Stetson University College of Law.
While at Stetson, Nick served as a research assistant to Professor Jason Palmer and was selected for a prestigious internship with the United States Department of Justice. These experiences sharpened his legal research, writing, and litigation skills early in his career.
After law school, Nick practiced with several prominent law firms in the Tampa Bay area, where he handled personal injury matters at every stage — from initial client intake through trial. His comprehensive experience gives him a strategic advantage in evaluating cases, negotiating with insurance companies, and preparing matters for litigation. Nick is a dedicated and relentless advocate who fights to ensure his clients receive the compensation they deserve.
Outside the courtroom, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife, attending live music events, being outdoors as much as possible, and cheering on his favorite teams (Go Gators, Go Bucs, Go Bolts!).
