Kristen M. Collins Ware

Attorney Kristen M. Collins Ware graduated from New College of Florida, the honors college of Florida, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.  Thereafter, she graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2015, graduating with honors.  During her time in law school, Ms. Collins earned her way onto the dean’s list on two occasions.  Ms. Collins advocated for individuals facing disabilities while at Emory Law, which ultimately solidified her desire to represent those who have been wrongfully injured.

Mrs. Collins Ware has litigated cases involving auto and trucking accidents, insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, wrongful death, medical malpractice, premise liability, and appeals.

Mrs. Collins Ware is licensed to practice law in all Florida and Georgia state courts, as well as the Middle District of Florida.  She is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, and Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers’ Association.  She is also a co-author of “Chapter 7 Unfair Claims Practices and Bad Faith” of the Florida Bar’s 10thedition of Florida Automobile Insurance Law handbook.
